Map demand
Connected product categories to the different ways customers searched and compared across markets.
Aurora Commerce · Global retail
The situation
Aurora’s regional teams were running separate websites, search and media systems in parallel, but product language, campaign structure and reporting changed from market to market. Growth was happening; learning was not travelling.
ABDS designed a shared demand and product framework that each market could use without losing its own language or commercial priorities. Organic and paid search began working from the same intent map, while local teams kept control of the signals only they could see.
Connected product categories to the different ways customers searched and compared across markets.
Reworked technical paths, templates and indexation logic around a cleaner international architecture.
Aligned SEO content, paid search groups and landing experiences around one commercial taxonomy.
Built a reporting rhythm that showed what could scale globally and what should remain local.
What the work created
The project connected strategy and day-to-day execution around a model the internal team could understand, govern and extend.
Teams could work from one view of demand while preserving the differences that mattered locally.
Search, content, media and measurement stopped operating as separate delivery tracks.
Each market and campaign produced evidence that made the next move sharper.
